This is horrible! Downloaded the app and completed the setup after two tries. Backed up photos, videos and music, when looking through the photos the app froze up. When I went to the troubleshooting online page and selected how to eject, the page said coming soon! Meanwhile I can't do anything with it. On top of all of that, the Picture Keeper Connect 512Gb is almost too hot to touch. I hope the person who gifted it to me didn't pay a lot for it.

Buggy Exclamation points where "review and print" the photo takes place; cannot view the photo. The stick is properly inserted into the phone, and the program sorts through and says it has found (let's say 576 photos) - it does the run-through of the photos, but then says zero backed up. Also, when I open the app, I get dumped back out and have to go back in again. I have told the app several times not to ask for the birthday (I believe it is) and it ignores that I've told it no, and askes me every time I open the app. I hope you can answer some of these issues. I have sent several support tickets over this product.

In the beginning, I was totally confused 🤔. However, I was overthinking everything and made it much more difficult than it is. Once I followed the easy steps it's a breeze. I feel much better having photos backed up. I can now go in and delete photos from my phone giving me more space. Of course, I have to learn a lot more about using the Picture Keeper so that I'm able to customize items the way that I want them.
